Tom Lewis Restoration and Consulting (TLRC) provides waterproofing services for commercial, residential and industrial properties throughout northern California.  Some of our past and most recent clients include BART, City of San Francisco civic and historic properties, San Francisco Unified School District and Stanford University.  We have been providing excellent waterproofing services for many of San Francisco’s high-rises in Pacific Heights, Russian Hill and Nob Hill since the 1980s. 
Waterproofing services include all deck coatings, liquid applied roof coatings, sealants, masonry repointing, concrete repairs, elastomeric coatings, epoxy and urethane injection, cementitious grout injection, all above and below grade waterproofing.
We provide leak detection services with comprehensive reports and solutions to solve complex water intrusion problems.
We also work in partnership with local and national waterproofing consulting engineers.
